Claire believes that optimal health comes from proper movement, alignment, and balance throughout the body. Using gentle yet effective osteopathic techniques, she works to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support smooth, coordinated movement of all structures. Her treatments focus on improving circulation and freeing the nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatic pathways so the body can function at its best.
Claire completed her classical osteopathic training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, where she developed a strong foundations-based approach to individualized, whole-body treatment. She focuses on supporting overall health rather than chasing symptoms, helping each patient restore balance and resilience. Claire has also completed additional training in pregnancy care and pediatric osteopathy, allowing her to provide specialized support for expectant parents and their babies.
Before becoming an osteopath, Claire studied Kinesiology at Queen’s University and worked for many years as a personal trainer—fueling her lifelong curiosity about how the body moves and heals. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, skiing, kayaking, and exploring small towns in search of the perfect chai latte.
